Fatal 18 Wheeler Truck Accident

Legal News for 18 Wheeler/Truck Accident Attorney – Carrie Underwood’s camp suffered the loss of one of their camp’s tour truck drivers Saturday when his 18 wheeler plunged off of I-95 in North Stonington, Connecticut. The truck convey was working it’s way towards the Foxwood’s Resort & Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, next stop on the Play On tour.

The truck veered off the road into a ditch and burst into flames causing the driver’s body to be unidentifiable. The driver’s name has not been released pending an investigation and notification of family after dental records are used to officially identify the body.

This is one, of quite a few weather related 18 wheeler or semi-truck accidents resulting in fatalities in the last few weeks. Families of these truck drivers need good strong, experience attorneys to handle claims if necessary.
